| Q: What will our contract include? |
A:
- 4-5 hours of your preferred venue EXCLUSIVELY!
- DJ, lighting, dinner and desserts or just desserts, unlimited beverages
- Dance floor
- 10 event posters and 1/4 page flyers to advertise your event
- Full time Coordinating staff
- Event managers
- Licensed and bonded security guards
- May include other activities at your discretion such as karaoke, casino tables, additional decorations, coat check

| Q: Why should I book with WOW! Special Events? |
| A: We have exclusive rights to many venues that will make your event more memorable! Because we have developed relationships with these special venues and vendors, we have access to great volume discounts AND a venue that no other company can give you! |

| Q: What areas do you serve? |
| A: We are based out of Huntington Beach, California. We plan events in Los Angeles and Orange County, and as far north as Ventura County and east of San Bernadino. We also serve the San Diego Area. |

| Q: What kinds of facilities do you work with? |
| A: Movie studios, museums, nightclubs (usually restricted to 21 and up!), country clubs, galleries, racetrack clubs, atriums, historic sites, and more! |

| Q: Do you plan any events for Junior High Schools? |
| A: Yes! We plan 8th grade graduations and dances. |
|
| Q: What do we do at a planning meeting? |
| A: The planning meeting is your opportunity to discuss and finalize all the details of your event. You will meet at your venue to go over everything from your linen colors to the floor plan. |

| Q: When is the best time to start looking for prom sites? |
| A: Prom sites begin to book as early as 18 months ahead. |
|
| Q: What kinds of activities can we add to our event? |
| A: Too many to count! We can provide anything from Karaoke to a Steel Drum Trio to a Hypnotist! When you have your planning meeting you receive a list of all the activities we offer. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for let us know and we will find it for you! |

| Q: Can WOW! do on-campus events? |
| A: Absolutely! We can customize your package to your theme and change your gym to a Surfing Safari, Hollywood Club and more! |

| Q: I would love to do what you do... how can I prepare myself to work in this industry? |
| A: Be prepared to work hard! Get involved in student events and activities on your high school and/or college campus to gain some experience. College internships in this industry are a great way to meet the right people and get your foot in the door. |
